POSITION: F & I
We are looking for a fully qualified Senior F & I with strong selling, communication and admin skills
Staring date: ASAP

Criteria:
•Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
•Ability to work well under pressure and be target driven
•Good communication Skills
•Good Computer skills
•NCA, RE and Full Qualification

Responsibilities and duties
•Selling of Value-Added Product (VAPS)
•Meeting Customers to ensure all deals are closed – discussing the Value-added products and closing deals Selling of aftermarket products
•Taking finance applications and arranging finance on behalf of Customer Loading of deals (finance and cash)
•Applications for clients – Collecting FICA, verifying client and income; calculating average income, analysis of bank statements
•Approving deals – getting verdicts from Banks, Approving rate, complete verification
•Ensure maximum profit on each deal (Back-end income) Restructuring deals and documentation motivation for approval Liaising with Sales Executives on deliveries, dates and times
•Drawing up contracts ensuring all docs are prepared correct and timorously Keen understanding of documentation of various Banks (WesBank, MFC, Standard Bank, ABSA)
•Signing up clients, explaining bank documents, FAIS and FICA compliant
•Give advice on risks and how this can be minimised by adding the correct products Explain cost, cover, terms and conditions and ensure clients understand the impact of declining a certain product that can limit risks
•Arranging client’s vehicle insurance

Increase second gross to increase APU – Selling of VAPS
•Paying out deals, obtain remittances timeously to decrease cash outstanding Pay-out turnaround time of 24 hours
•Submitting original files and Natis to
•Relevant Banks to eliminate risk, and keep FAIS file (copy of all signed docs) Help maintain APU (Average Profit per Unit)
•Maintain goal penetrations
•Swing pre-approved finance to in house to generate DIC (Dealer Introductory Commission) and selling of best rates
•Maintain market share with joint venture finance institution and rate benchmarks
•Selling and administrating warranties and maintenance/service plans Proactive in suggesting new ideas to streamline current processes Administration – Registers, Files and commissions for archiving Communicating with banks and maintain good business relationship Cash reporting in terms of FIC laws.
•Selling of New vehicles to make maximum gross profit
•Following up on leads issued
•Maintaining of customer CLP and retention
